Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "very best baby Honda Odyssey" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 AM PT on Friday, October 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is American Honda Motor Co., Inc. "Sponsor"). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Visionworks Promotion, Event & Creative Development Company ("Sweepstakes Administrator").

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six months, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), Meredith Corporation, or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Void in Puerto Rico and elsewhere outside the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must visit the Sweepstakes web site during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to http://www.verybestbaby.com/Honda ("Website"). Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the entry form by providing all of the information requested. When the form is complete, click the "Submit" button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 AM PT on Friday, October 31, 2008. Limit of one (1) entry per person or e-mail address each day for the duration of the Sweepstakes. A day shall begin at 12:01 PM PT and end at 11:59 AM PT. If entries exceed these limits, then only the most recent entry submitted by the same person or with the same e-mail address will be eligible to be considered for potential selection to receive the prize to be awarded hereunder. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email account was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsors. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. PRIZE: Grand Prize Package (1) One (1) 2008 Honda Odyssey. Total ARV of each prize package: $36,988.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $36,988.00 All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner must be in possession of a valid driver's license and legally required automobile insurance covering the vehicle prior to taking possession of the vehicle. The winner must take possession of the vehicle by December 31, 2008, subject to manufacturer/distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. The winner understands that all other taxes and costs (including, but not limited to, sales/use tax, dealer prep, additional equipment, licensing, registration, insurance, title and all other expenses on receipt and use of the vehicle) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued in excess of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) will be required to submit IRS Form 1099. Other restrictions may apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator on or about November 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or overnight mail within approximately five (5) days of the drawing date. Selected winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within five (5) days of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sweepstakes Administrator will select randomly an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. If prizes are not awarded after up to three (3) alternate winners have been notified, the prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsors' sole discretion. Winners may be required to verify address and return within seven (7) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues, unless prohibited by law. Failure of any winner to return the executed affidavit and release forms within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, each entrant agrees to release the Sponsor, Meredith Corporation and Sweepstakes Administrator; each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Sweepstakes entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Each entrant authorizes the Released Parties to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsors' sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsors' representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you in this Sweepstakes will be subject to Honda's privacy policy posted at http://automobiles.honda.com/info/privacy.asp?category=privacy By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Honda's permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the Sponsors of the Sweepstakes. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from the Sponsor as any of their members would. Honda will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than the other Sponsor and as explicitly described within the Honda's privacy policy.
